Meet the 2027 candidates for the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association Board of Directors!
- Online voting will begin at 10:00 am October 26th and end 5:30 pm October 29th. Ballots will be emailed.
- Winners will be announced 5:45pm at the election party at the Highland House in Mequon.
- Electronic ballots will be delivered by the 25th to all current members in good standing.

With a background in customer service and more than 20 years of experience in real estate, I understand the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships. I have a strong understanding of real estate trends and the unique dynamics of our local market, which helps me bring knowledge and perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.
As a current Lakeshore REALTORS® Association Board member, I have enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the Association and represent the interests of our members. I am seeking another term so I can continue building on that experience, share my perspective, and help support the continued growth and success of LRA and its members.
I value the relationships I’ve built throughout my career and believe that collaboration, communication, and a willingness to listen are key to a strong real estate community. I look forward to continuing to serve and give back to an organization that is so important to our profession.

I have been involved with the Lakeshore Realtors Board for the past 3 years. While on the LRA Board, I’ve been very active on the Community Connections outreach committee. As a committee, we have been responsible for various outreach programs in Ozaukee and Sheboygan County. Some of these outreach programs include the following: Bowling for Big Brothers and Sisters, Rock the Block, Back to School Supply Day, Mobile Food Pantry, and raising money for Family Sharing and the Sheboygan County Warming Shelter. I look forward to being voted on the LRA Board to continue with the Community Connections committee and all the programs that LRA Board provides for our Realtors.
I have been a real estate agent for over 20 years. I truly enjoy being a real estate agent!! I like helping buyers find their dream home and enjoy the challenge of helping sellers sell their homes. Overall, I feel I bring a level of compassion and understanding to the real estate process. Not every client's/customer's needs are the same, and I'm able to adjust to various needs that are required in the real estate process - which is also what I enjoy about my job. No real estate transactions are ever the same!!!

My name is AJ Schley, and I am an Account Executive with First American Title. I work with real estate professionals throughout Ozaukee, Washington, Sheboygan, and surrounding counties, helping build strong relationships and supporting clients throughout the real estate transaction.
Outside of work, spending time with my family is my top priority. I also enjoy attending sporting events, getting out on the lake with my boat, and being outdoors whenever I can. I especially enjoy playing sand volleyball and practicing my archery skills.
I’m interested in continuing to serve on the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association Board so I can contribute my experience in sales, business development, and real estate while helping foster collaboration among members. I look forward to bringing new ideas, supporting the association and its members, and helping LRA continue to grow and succeed.
