
2026 Renewal
Starting mid-September, watch for your billing notification by email, or log in directly to your member portal to pay. Don’t have an account yet? Creating one is quick and easy! Once registered, you can upload a headshot, add a bio, and access additional member resources.
The graphic here shows 2026 membership fees. This year, we’re holding a special drawing: renew by October 15 at 11:59 p.m. and you’ll be entered to win one of ten $25 Kwik Trip gift cards! Members enrolled in autopay are automatically entered once payment clears. You can check your invoice to confirm autopay enrollment—a highlighted credit card number will appear if you are set up.
To avoid a $50 late fee, please submit payment by the due date of December 1. You’ll also see an option on your invoice to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Lakeshore REALTORS® Foundation, our 501(c)(3) charitable fund that supports community outreach.

Redirect RPAC Options
This year, you can electronically request to have your advocacy payments redirected from RPAC to the Wisconsin Homeowner's Alliance.
- Login to your WRA account
- Navigate to the Advocacy Redirect page
- Select the checkboxes that correspond to your preferred distribution
