Elkhart Lake Regional Summit
The WRA Regional Summit Series at Road America brought together real estate professionals from across Wisconsin for a morning of education, innovation, and industry insight. Hosted collaboratively by the Door County Board of REALTORS®, Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS®, Lakeshore REALTORS® Association, and the Manitowoc County Board of REALTORS®, the event showcased the power of regional partnership and professional collaboration.
Attendees heard from renowned economist Mark Eppli, Ph.D., who delivered a timely analysis of Wisconsin's housing market, workforce trends, and what lies ahead.
A panel featuring leaders from the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation, the Badger Institute, and Savaglio & Co. explored housing affordability, workforce challenges, development, and the trends shaping today's real estate market.
Chris Lambrou explored the growing impact of artificial intelligence on real estate, while Becca McLagan demonstrated practical ways agents are already integrating AI into their businesses.
The program concluded with a timely legal update from Jennifer Lindsley, who explained the benefits of 2025 Wisconsin Act 69 for real estate professionals statewide.

After lunch, many adventurous attendees went to the Briggs & Stratton Motorplex and hit the racetrack for some karting fun!
