Lakeshore REALTORS® YPN Turns Black & Gold Party into $4,000 Donation to Sheboygan County Warming Center
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — The Lakeshore REALTORS® Association’s Your Professional Network (YPN) recently presented a $4,000 donation to the Sheboygan County Warming Center, proceeds from the group’s 2026 Black & Gold Party fundraiser.
The event brought together REALTORS®, local business partners and community supporters for an evening of fun, networking and fundraising—all with the goal of giving back to the community.
“We wanted the Black & Gold Party to be a fun night, but we also wanted it to make a real difference,” said Elli Langlois, LRA YPN Chair. “Seeing that turn into $4,000 for the Warming Center is something our entire group is really proud of.”
Members of LRA’s YPN organized the event, secured sponsors and donations, and coordinated fundraising efforts throughout the evening.
“Our YPN members put a tremendous amount of energy into this event, and they really made it their own,” said Erin Hickey, CEO of the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association. “This is exactly what we want YPN to be—an opportunity for our younger professionals to build relationships, develop as leaders and find meaningful ways to support the communities they serve.”
The Black & Gold Party is one of several community-focused efforts supported by the Lakeshore REALTORS® Association and its members throughout Ozaukee and Sheboygan counties.
